Job Description

A Property Investment company with assets close to £4 billion seek a Financial Controller. Based in Central London you will be responsible for the monthly forecasting with specific focus on working capital requirements and dividends to be passed to shareholders along with supporting new business activities by engaging in bid reviews, due diligence, transitional activities etc. Managing a team you will produce reports for Executive review on a monthly basis and you will have significant access to the Group Finance Director and other Exec members as you will play a key role in the interface with the board to drive their parts of the business effectively. Furthermore, you will help to substantially develop and improve its core forecasting and reporting systems secure integrity of reporting to 3rd parties. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent and preferably have property knowledge along with being technical from an accounting and system perspective.
