Insurance Sales Executive
Kingston upon Thames
Up to £17,000 (OTE £23,000)
Are you looking to build on your insurance sales experience? Looking for a career, not just a job? If so, our client, a leading insurance brand, is looking for you to join their team as an Insurance Sales Executive.
In this role you'll be responsible for making outbound sales calls to qualified prospects, answering inbound calls from prospective customers, and making insurance policy adjustments. Your focus will be on new business, following up leads generated from comparison websites.
In addition to a competitive commission scheme, this role offers a unique working environment. Our client doesn't like to operate a standard call centre environment, and you'll work with a team that's committed to providing customers with a perfect experience.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience in an insurance sales role. You must also be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including 5 at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
The successful Insurance Sales Executive will also need the following characteristics:
- Positive, with a can-do attitude and a passion for providing a high quality service to customers
- Highly competitive and driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Resilient and able to bounce back quickly after knock-backs
- Highly organised with a structured approach to working
