An opportunity has now arisen for a talented Client Services Consultant / Sales Consultant with a background in the financial services industry to join their team.

Joining their enthusiastic sales team, as a Client Services Consultant / Sales Consultant you will be responsible for converting applicant enquiries into confirmed course bookings for our client’s suite of strategic management and leadership development programmes.

Working with clients including some of the world’s top blue chip international companies, you will be responsible for proactively researching, developing, winning and managing business relationships with key consumers. This isn’t a hard sell environment because you will have the opportunity to tap in to the School’s wider client, student and alumni networks, and to work with colleagues in contributing to marketing, communications and cross selling initiatives.

In this predominately outbound telephone sales role your key duties will include:

- proactively maximising the conversion of client enquiries to applications
- advising clients about the most appropriate programme by researching and understanding their needs
- with the Business Development and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities for multiple or repeat sales

To succeed in this position you must have previous consultative sales experience from within the Financial Services industry, and the proven ability to listen and interpret customer needs. Of graduate calibre, as the Client Services Consultant / Sales Consultant you should also be a first class communicator with a professional, organised and results focused approach. An individual that significantly increases revenue will be rewarded accordingly.
