Job Description
Our client is a top ranked FX house with a strong brand name in Europe, USA and Asia. They are now expanding their London based sales team. The team sells FX to global Hedge Funds and Emerging Market Bank clients, with a particular focus on the Eastern European (Hungary, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Romania and Ex-Yugoslav republics), the Latam (Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Mexico) and Asia Pacific markets. They are now looking for an exceptional individual who will essentially be a product specialist on FX and an expert in one of these markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pricing and distributing FX products to Hedge Funds and other institutions (mainly Emerging markets Banks)
- Contacting the existing client base and expanding it by bringing in your own contacts
- Conducting meetings with global clients on a day to day basis
Requirements for this role:
- Proven track record of selling FX products to Hedge Funds and/or Real Money clients
- Excellent knowledge of the Hedge Fund and Institutional market in one country
- Good knowledge of products such as swaps, options, futures and spots
- Excellent sales and communication skills
