Job Description
Our client, an international wealth management firm is seeking to add an experienced trust professional with business development skills to their GCC team based in their Dubai office.
The focus of this high profile position will be on achieving long-term growth, profitability and improved market penetration and visibility for the firm's trust business in the region and globally.
The successful applicant will have; comprehensive trust experience, with a good understanding of financial markets and planning techniques; a proven track record in sourcing and delivering quality profitable trust business; a previous exposure and experience to marketing and business development initiatives in new markets; a proven track record in relationship management; strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate with clients, advisors, colleagues etc at a senior level, and a proven track record in handling and managing complex and/or multi-jurisdictional fiduciary issues.
A faculty for conceptual thinking and languages (ie: Arabic) is preferred and an ability to travel with the role is required.
The successful applicant should be educated to degree level and hold a professional qualification; STEP, ICSA, ACIB, ACA, FPC or legal. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in fiduciary services and sales.
