Job Description

SECRETARIAL / TRAVEL ASSISTANT - CITY - £20,000K p.a. - £25,000K p.a.

Within this role you will be providing a full secretarial service to the two managers of this very busy department, whilst being responsible for the co-ordination of business travel for the company employees.

You will be working very closely with the travel manager and assisting with the day to day running of the business travel including compliance, currency, travel logging and tracking systems. Working closely with suppliers you will have excellent communication skills and be capable of building fruitful working relationships with suppliers and co-workers.

Your secretarial skills will be excellent with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel together with an terrific telephone manner.
