Job Description
Most Mortgage companies and Advisors are having a very difficult and quite time at the moment, however this is not the case for this client.
Our client was set up in around 1996 and with out doubt has some big ambition.
Head office is in Derby, and they have around 150 employees, having started with only 5 in 1996. They have around 30 Mortgage consultants nationally and are now aiming to bring in two more, in Luton and Milton Keynes.
Their target market is the Remortgage market and are in a position where leads and written business is high and still increasing.
They have access to a wide range of mortgage providers and are tied to AXA Assurance for Investment, Protection etc.
Due to high business levels our client now wish to employ 2 further consultants, one for Milton Keynes and one for Luton.
They have a dedicated telesales function that is responsible for generating "genuine" leads. All 1st appointments are booked directly by the telesales team. All consultants are HOME BASED. All appointments are credit checked etc, and confirmed.
So what are we looking for:
CeMap qualified mortgage advisors
At least 1 to 2 years mortgage sales experience
Able to provide evidence of production and business levels
Core appt time is 4pm to 7.30pm
2 meeting sales process
Salary
Basic salary from £12,000
Lap Top and Printer provided
Phone Allowance
Car allowance between £625 and £1,000
Good commission scheme of between 10% and 25% depending on business levels
Plus other incentives
OTE in year 1 c£30k
