With excellent career progression and an incredibly strong place in the financial and banking market my client is looking for a true sales and managerial professional to join its expanding team .
Role:

- To implement & manage a sales operational framework across distribution channels to ensure sales targets delivery and raise standards across the sales division
- Ensure internal & external audits are met
- Produce workable business plans to make the company profitable and efficient in its sales operations
- Deputise for Head of Sales Operations & Development
- Work alongside other professionals in ensuring distribution channels run seamlessly
- Able to chair meeting when necessary with other departments to communicate ideas effectively
- Have excellent market knowledge to make informed business decisions
