Job Description
Based in the city. We seek a marketing person with experience on agency or client side and solid pr skills for a highly Succesful fast growing market leading banking technology company. The right candidate will have solid demonstrable experience of PR and some exposure to one of the following industries: Software, Financial Services, IT or Banking. Any exposure to international marketing would be bonus e.g EMEA APAC. The right candidate will have solid English language skills be able to confidently deal with the press and working on multiple initatives at any one time. The role will involve working extensively with people internally and externally across the world so strong interpersonal and relationship building skills is a must. The role will be responsible for planning and executing PR Strategy be the main point of contact PR related matters. You will also be responible for press calander planning and supporting all coporate PR objectives. Fact gathering, follow up, writing and timing release of press releases. Creation of feature articles for international use. Creation and approval of collateral and company newsletter as well as management of external PR agencies. We will consider people from both agency and client side suitable backrounds may include: Hotwire, Metia, Cognito, Misys, Sungard, Fiserv, WSS, Neptune Software, Temenos, IT2, Simcorp, Thompson Financial
