Sales Support Supervisor - Cardiff. Up to £28,000 + excellent benefits
This role sits within a well established and highly respectable financial services consultancy practice.
They are seeking to recruit a high calibre Sales Support Supervisor, who will be able to make an immediate contribution by assisting consultants, both in Employee Benefits and Private Clients in developing their client base. The main focus within the Cardiff office is on the Corporate Client side.
Responsible for the day to day management of the sales support administration capability, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of efficient sales support and office administration across their three offices in Cardiff, Bolton and Bristol.
Taking an active role in personal career development and training needs of their staff.
May, on occasion, be required to travel to other office locations.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience within an IFA Sales Support role, encompassing both employee benefits and private client experience including general office management experience.
Previous experience with supervision of staff and team leadership responsibilities including work prioritisation, appraisals, staff development and performance management.
Candidates should ideally have achieved CF 1,2 and 3 and be in the process of studying for CF4 and 5.
Happy to run consultant's diary, make appointments and arrange meetings.
Ability to draft initial meeting letter from information contained in fact find, to be sent out to clients post first meeting, summarising actions agreed.
Needs to have report writing skills and feel confident that reports can be drafted under guidance.
Display potential to grow within the role.
Experience in recruiting and selection of new employees.
Previous experience of 1st Software for client and product information.
Computer literate e.g. excel, word (PowerPoint would be advantageous but not essential)
Self-motivated, excellent organisation skills and problem solving abilities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
