Job Description
My client is a tier one US based investment bank. They require a senior director level ECM/Equity linked originator to join their Hong Kong based ECM/Equity linked platform focusing on Greater China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Responsibilities will include:
Origination, structuring and marketing of IPOs, accelerated bookbuild offerings, follow-on offerings, equitizations and private placements of equity securities in the Asia-Pacific region
Origination of various other types of transactions; private finance, principle investments, and structured finance
Co-Head the Greater China team, undertaking various managerial responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
At least director level ECM, Equity linked or convertible bonds origination experience (preferably in the Far East)
Be a fluent Cantonese or Mandarin speaker
Convertible bonds, private finance and principle investments experience
