Job Description
Marketing Analyst
Based in Central London our client has won prestigious awards as a leading Investment Management firm specialising in Hedge funds for institutional and private investors.
Role:
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to become part of the ongoing development of the Investor Relations Team. The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation of a wide range of marketing materials; assisting with investor enquiries, developing and distributing investor reporting and communications, tracking historical client interaction and assisting the Marketing/Investor Relations Team with various ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to assist in the production and distribution of monthly performance reports and presentations of an extremely high standard
- Developing tailor-made sales aides and marketing material for specific investors
- Supporting the co-ordination of client meetings and conference calls between investors and our investment committee and/or marketing team
- Assisting with requests for information and requests for proposals from investors/potential investors
- Supporting the development and on-going maintenance of our CRM system which is used internally by the IR Team and the Partners
- Monitoring incoming transactions from clients with regards to our investment products and ensuring the accurate tracking of these transactions in our CRM system
Personal Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- Strong sense of professionalism with first class inter-personal and communication skills
- Commitment to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining the look and appeal of all marketing material
- A demonstrated team player, self-starter and independent thinker
- A bias to action and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on, fluid environment where teamwork and individual contributions are recognised
- Desire to develop and innovate within an entrepreneurial set up
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage several projects on an ongoing basis
