Job Description
A Corporate Development Analyst is required for a market-leading international investment bank. The role is based in London.
The bank's London-based corporate development team has broad responsibilities for corporate strategy, transaction execution and integration management across all of the bank's businesses.
As a successful corporate analyst, you will produce business models and valuations using various techniques, assumptions and sensitivities. You will play an active role in the evaluation and analysis of proposals for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic alliances. You will also project manage the deal process including the due diligence and internal approval processes.
Experience of valuation and financial analysis, including development of complex models, is required for this role. You will demonstrate excellent creative problem solving abilities, drive, and determination. Strong project management skills are essential for this role.
