Job Description
Opportunity to join Customer Relations Division of leading wealth management group as complaints administrator. Role will involve handling incoming customer calls, updating case details on customer complaints database, and tracking individual cases. You will be working closely with case managers, and customers to assist in bringing individual cases to a satisfactory conclusion. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of and any experience of working within financial services or banking would be an advantage.
