The Role

Placing specialist finance and accountancy candidates into a range of large firms including many FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

Maintaining and developing existing relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Winning new business and developing relationships with specialist financial companies

Money/Incentives

We offer a career with a great base salary, uncapped commission and many team and individual incentives, for example, Trips to; Las Vegas, a winter skiing trip and a summer trip. We also have a high achievers lunch club which gives you the opportunity to dine in some of the finest restaurants in London. As well as car targets and many more great incentives in return for your hard work.

You can a achieve up to £40k on target earnings in your first year, 80K (OTE) in your second year and in excess of 3 figures within your third year, which only 5% of the UK workforce are achieving.

The Person

The successful candidate will have to be very hard working with
a genuine desire to be successful.

A sales background would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the dedication and the will to be very successful and the drive to put in the effort to achieve goals.
