Job Description
Our client, a global investment bank, is looking to add an ambitious and driven individual to their growing commodities platform. The team sits within the EMEA corporate derivatives sales team where they sell interest rates, FX, inflation and commodity derivatives and products to large corporate clients, as well as pension solutions and multinationals. They’re looking for a commodities specialist to work across OTC and exotic derivatives on metals (precious/base), soft comm/agricultural and energy products (gas, oil, emissions, etc.) and to work closely with the product and structuring teams. The candidate will work across corporate clients throughout the entire EMEA region, assisting in the development of further clients in CEE and MENA regions and being the point of contact for most commodity deals within the established client base. The applicant must have strong commodity derivatives product knowledge as well as understanding of servicing corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most developed corporate derivatives sales and structuring teams, and play a major role in the development of their commodities platform.
