Job Description
This leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a Team Leader/ Manager to deliver business targets through a highly Customer focused team, balancing people and technical skills with the ability to achieve results.
You will have FPC1 and FAFC(or equivalent)and relevant business/management experience in a Customer Service environment
Some of the key accountabilities are;-
- Manage team to deliver quality standards and operational targets through effective performance management.
- Promote positive customer perceptions continuously developing Customer relationships aligned to brand values.
- Inspire individuals to achieve outstanding performance through personal leadership style and behaviours.
- Facilitate change through personal commitment and ownership of organisational initiatives.
- Develop culture of continuous improvement focused on enhancing the end to end Customer experience.
- Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise and knowledge of products, procedures, services and systems.
- Manage team to identify and mitigate risks to the business
You will have a balance of technical and people skills
Comprehensive people leadership skills
Ability to facilitate change
