Job Description
Our client is a leader in the investment banking industry, and requires a diligent, professional, and experienced risk/audit manager.
We seek a candidate who can make a real difference to risk management and control by working in partnership with audit's stakeholders, providing advice, challenge and expertise.
As a member of an audit team, the audit manager will actively contribute to its success reporting to the team leader, operating within the agreed terms of reference and performance management processes and sharing knowledge to support the quality of audit work and the learning of others.
The successful candidate will provide an independent audit service, which applies professional audit practices and principles in order to form an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and sustainability of credit risk management and control processes across the firm.
Knowledge of credit risk management and control, built up over your extensive experience in credit risk management, is required. You will have good experience in auditing or consultancy within the credit operations of a global financial service organisation, as well as understanding of lending processes, policy and procedures.
