Job Description
Our client is a pre-eminent and respected international investment bank, committed to being the best financial services provider in the world. They require an experienced professional for the role of book-runner interest rate derivatives, to be based in their London office.
The purpose of the position is to generate an independent set of risk and P&L outputs for a given set of portfolios.
Main responsibilities:
- A complete review of all new deals will be conducted daily, to ensure that all regulatory and compliance issues are considered.
- Generation at end of each day, a full Greek risk analysis of the portfolio at large.
- Due diligence checks are performed and trader sign-off collected before sending results further downstream.
- Preliminary balance sheet submissions are made.
We seek experienced professionals who have had solid exposure in roles that are predominantly market risk-focused. Good experience in similar roles, and knowledge of interest rate derivatives, will hold the candidate in good stead.
