Job Description
My client, a leading bank who is performing exceptionally well in the current market conditions, has an excellent opportunity available as a Personal Banking Adviser. In a central Chichester location it is a great opportunity for enthusiastic and driven candidates. As a Personal Banking Adviser you will generate profit by maximising personal sales as well as achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
This will be achieved by conducting structured sales interviews, identifying customer needs and priorities so that they are always offered best advice and provided with outstanding customer service.
On top of your fixed salary you will also receive a wide range of benefits such as annual performance bonuses, a sales incentive scheme, pension scheme and the opportunity to buy/sell extra holiday
Skills and experience needed at entry, preferably banking
- Experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a customer service / retail environment
- Good sales skills, self-starter and highly motivated
- Evidence of effective communication skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own, to adapt to new situations and use initiative
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to encourage and motivate yourself and others
- Strong planning and organising skills.
