Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a world renowned organisation and gain valuable exposure to Sarbanes Oxley controls and monthly/quarterly reporting. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a completion bonus upon successfully finishing the contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of 3 directs (total team of 6).
- Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and substantiations on a range of different accounts.
- Manage the technical accounting relationships with European businesses.
- Manage the month-end cost process ensuring the integrity of the data entered into the SUN General Ledger.
- Ensure completion and review of all month-end, quarterly and half yearly regulatory and statutory returns in - an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring stat accounts filing deadlines (SSF deadlines) are met
- Liaison with Group Taxation regarding tax computations and management of the VAT process.
