Salary: £22000 + bens

Client: My client is a national bank with excellent career opportunities for individuals wishing to take the next step in banking management. Looking for a Bank Manager to lead a small branch in Tonypandy, South Wales.
The ideal candidate would be an Assistant Branch Manager or Bank Manager within the retail banking sector looking to progress their management career. You will be familiar with the workings of a banking branch. You will be able to manage and develop a staff of at least 3.
Role:
- You will be managing a team of 3 staff members in branch to motivate them and action the branch banking business plan
- You will monitor performance and implement incentives for staff to achieve
- You will recruit staff members as well as manage your staff members and support their professional development
- You will be ambitious and have a strong desire to grow within the company through management levels
- You will demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude and act as a role model for your bank staff in branch to succeed All offers of employment are subject to a credit check and satisfactory referencing.
