To conduct interviews with new and existing customers in order to review and meet their financial needs through the sale of products and services, ensuring full compliance with FSA and Bank policy and procedures, reporting requirements and instructions.
To proactively contact a prioritised base of high potential customer leads providing an enhanced level of service in order to increase the value of the customer to the group and to promote premier banking.
To ensure that customer accounts and transactions are properly administered and controlled in accordance with Bank procedures and a consistently high level of quality service is provided.
To introduce customers to Premier Banking and specialist sales force as required, enabling the sale of Premier Banking and more complex regulated products including mortgages.
To respond to a wide range of customer enquiries from all segments, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided.
To actively seek and take opportunities to develop new business from existing and potential customers and to identify, prospect and acquire new customers, maximising the use of centrally provided leads.
To inform and direct branch customers to the most appropriate channel based on value and customer need, promoting Internet banking and telephony in order to maximise cost effectiveness.
