Banking Advisor – Various in Surrey

Average earnings £25 – 35k including bonus + comprehensive benefits.

As a Banking Advisor within this busy Sales role you will be expected to proactively contact customers and through fact finding and interviewing, identify their financial needs and recommend the appropriate non-regulated banking product, e.g. Personal Lending, Credit cards, general insurance, accounts etc.  Working to personal targets including cross sales and referrals your relationship with your colleagues will be paramount. 

Banking Advisors will go through a thorough training course and be expected to maintain high levels of knowledge across the product range and will be responsible for coaching and developing member of the team to help achieve team targets and goals.   You will also be encouraged to develop your own sales plans to help focus your activity.

This High Street Bank is focused on offering their customers a value added service and this includes Saturday working therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is required.

Banking Advisors must be able to show a track record of achievement within a sales environment where they have interviewed customers and can show that they have recommended products based on the needs of their customer, ideally with some financial services knowledge.

Banking Advisors will receive a basic salary with bonuses, which should take annual earnings to between £25 - £35k plus an award winning benefits package, and superb career opportunities.
