Job Description

You will be responsible for cashiering members to ensure their referrals targets are hit, you will also have a pro-active approach on business development to secure more business and have the confidence to do events and promotions to build up the branch's client portfolio. You will also monitor all operational administration behind the cash desk.

Skills
Personal Banker and Assistant Branch Manager experience within a UK based Bank or Building Society
Proven track record for leading a high performing branch
Good communication skills
Ability to develop the business, and pro-actively go out and generate new business for the branch
