A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the top ten Building Societies in the country!
They are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team in their York Branch as a Customer Adviser.
Job Description
· Deal with customers face to face and over the phone
· Carry out banking transactions
· Advise customers of the best products to suit their needs
· Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times
· Promote products to customers in order to meet targets
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a sales environment
- GCSE Maths and English at C or above
- Excellent teamwork and skills
Benefits
- Uncapped bonus
- Pension scheme (5% employer contribution, 3% employee contribution)
- Life assurance (8 x basic salary)
- 25 days holiday
- Progression and Management Training Schemes
Salary: £13,600 + amazing bonus scheme
Hours of work: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am 12pm
