Job Description
Our client is a UK-based financial services group, with a large international presence in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia. It is engaged primarily in banking, investment banking and investment management. It has been operating for more than 300 years with 25 million customers and 122,600 employees in over 60 countries. Currently they are seeking a Financial Advisor to cover Leeds city centre.
The Financial Advisor works in conjunction with designated segment introducers to provide comprehensive financial planning to customers, fulfilling the complex needs of customers from a range of approved providers by analysing their financial position, understanding their financial goals and attitude to risk and recommending the most suitable products to meet their financial needs.
- You will be providing feedback to staff introducing leads and providing coaching and assistance to improve the quality of introductions and the identification of opportunities.
- Achieving targets set for sales activity and sales performance
- Responding to all referrals, making contact with customers and completing sales management process in an efficient and timely manner
- Creating, maintaining and following an individual action plan designed to achieve agreed growth targets in sales activity
- Using data available to proactively contact customers through telecap's and marketing initiatives.
- Provide as a minimum weekly updates in relation to sales activity in accordance with the current sales management reporting requirements Skills required :
FPC3 + CAS status
Will have a proven track record within regulated financial services
