Job Description
Our client is one of the largest banks in the world, with offices across 77 countries. They are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated mortgage advisor to deliver mortgage advise in the Wakefield and Dewsbury area.
As a Mortgage Advisor you will provide a high-quality, customer-driven, sales-focused service, you'll identify customer needs, give advice and sell the appropriate products and services. You'll focus particularly on selling mortgages through proactive phone and face-to-face interviews, as well as related protection policies.
Duties include
Meeting new and existing customers to help them achieve a mortgage package fully tailored to their individual needs
Recognizing the wider financial planning needs of the customer, and making referrals to other areas of the bank where the customer's wider needs can be met
Spending time training colleagues to ensure they're all fully aware of all mortgage and related products
Qualifications
CeMAP 1,2 and 3 qualified
Self motivated and able to be driven and motivated by performance
Customer Driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
