Job Description

My Client one of the global players in the banking industry are looking for string sales individuals to join their new and growing team.

The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent customer driven service by efficiently and accurately addressing customer needs. The purpose of the job role is to identify, investigate and successfully resolve a variety of customer telephone calls/enquiries/contacts in order to assist Customer Telephone Services in the achievement of their income, FVA and customer satisfaction targets.

Respond to incoming telephone enquiries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.

To resolve customer enquiries at first point, within your area of responsibility to the customer's satisfaction and minimise hand off/referrals.

Proactively broaden and deepen relationships with customers through identifying opportunities to meet customer requirements.

Provide clear and concise instructions to processing areas.

To maintain and develop knowledge of products and procedures and ensure that all enquiries are handled in line with the banks policy, ensuring regulatory requirements are fully observed.

To continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and Practices, management restructuring and the impact of new technology.

KNOWLEDGE

Outstanding customer service and proactive business development

Expert banking knowledge of products and procedures

Excellent systems knowledge and keyboard skills

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience of resolving a wide range of customer enquiries within a customer service / sales environment.

Proven experience of excellent customer service and proactive business development.

SKILLS

Tenacious in approach to resolving customer enquiries to customer satisfaction.

Ability to think outside the box and deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills e.g. confident in approach, quick to build rapport, active listener, empathy skills and effective objection handling

Flexible and receptive to change.

Able to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within team

Able to work to challenging but achievable targets.
