Job Description
· Using the Bank's appraisal tools and processes, you lead and motivate the branch team to achieve and exceed the branch targets, ensuring regular reviews are undertaken. This also involves coaching and training to build professionalism and knowledge.
· You implement a Training and Development Plan for the team in line with the succession plan. This allows staff to reach excellence and progress within the branch.
· You manage and adhere to the Bank's key control, credit, sales and service and operational processes and procedures, and make certain that the branch staff are following process and procedure too.
· You develop and implement a business plan to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and income for the Bank is maximised.
· You are responsible for inducting new staff and supporting their development, and managing the resourcing of the branch to make sure it is working to maximum capacity to provide excellent customer service.
· You hold regular meetings with the team to encourage and motivate them, thus ensuring that sales opportunities and customer service are optimised.
