Job Description
A West end based Investment Specialist requires a Head of Operations to join the business. In this senior level role you will be report directly to the Managing Director take responsible for the whole of Operations for the London office.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the short, medium and long term operational strategies needed to meet business objectives. You will also develop and manage relationships with third party support services and manage relationships with product providers.
You will also be responsible for assisting the MD with implement the marketing strategy and the preparation of regulatory and point of sale documentation.
You will be highly process driven, be a strategic thinker and have excellent organisational/communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also ideally be educated to degree level and have a background in operations with either financial services or asset management.
