Deputy Branch manager - Rayners way
Our client, a leading financial services provider is currently recruiting a DeputyBranch Manager/Service and control manager for the Wokingham area. The successful candidates will come from a management background or in the financial services sector and a strong and stable employment history is essential. You will be responsible for 6 - 10 staff and on a day to day basis and your daily activities will include: Delivering training and coaching to staff within the branch in line with business objectives. Identifying performance issues within the branch, taking appropriate action as and when required e.g. coaching, mentoring. Dealing with complaints / issues escalated from CAMs. Managing and motivate the team. Drive sales using management information effectively. In return our client offer a basic salary of £18k - £23k (depending on experience and location) plus bonus, excellent company benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression. Successful candidates will possess the following: Communication skills Planning and Organising Problem Solving Team Working Customer Focus Professionalism
