Job Description

Essential Requirements:

- CeMap and CERGI
- Good track record in sales and lead generation
- Knowledgeable of modern sales techniques, product development, compliance issues
- experience of leading & developing a team of sales trainers across an area
- Detailed knowledge of ICOB,MCOB,T&C Role:

- Leading a team of sales trainers from the retail banking industry
- Responsible for the induction, training and competence development of Mortgage Consultants, Financial Planning Managers and banking retail staff
- Provide training and development resources for the retail sales force
- Design and deliver training materials
- Report accurately to Senior level management on standards being achieved
- Identify potential operational issues and take remedial action
