The role entails the following:  

Cashiering Selling a range of retail banking products: Mortgages, Savings, Investment, Current Accounts and Insurance 

Generating and following up sales opportunities;  

Maintaining high customer service standards;  

Being part of a team responsible for the daily running of the Branch  

Applicants must have: 

A proven sales ability with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets;  

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;  

A positive and confident attitude to sales and selling;  

The ability to work within a team. 

Cashiering experience Training:   

Full training will be provided and successful applicants will study towards the Customer Service Professional Course- after 6 months.

This is a pathway to excellence course which is a Introducer course and it allows applicants to sell mortgages. Upon completion of this course you will get £1k bonus.   

The basic salary is upto £15,250 + Bonus + £1,157 for Saturday (3hours per Saturday) 2 per month + Holidays and pay review after 6 months. Realistic OTe £20,000 first year earnings.
