Job Description
Our client is the 6th largest bank and the 2nd largest provider of mortgages and savings in the UK. Due to expansion they are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice to new and existing customers in the York area.
Working as a mortgage advisor within one of their branch offices, you will be providing advice on a range of mortgage products and identifying cross selling opportunities for life, general insurance and payment protection products and making referrals to the Financial Advisers as appropriate. You will work closely with your colleagues in terms of coaching and developing them to provide quality referrals and pro-actively identifying opportunities to build your portfolio through prospecting an existing customer database and referrals.
Skills required:
- CeMAP 123 or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Be able to evidence that you are achieving over 80% of your current sales targets Benefits:
