Job Description
Some of your duties will include:
- Setting achievable goals for branch and individuals
- Improving operational quality and customer satisfaction
- Conveying clear expectations and standards
- Balancing excellent customer service with effort to maximise sales
and income
- Building rapport and relationships with customers
- Effectively monitors and ensures the delivery of fair, needs
focused, informative and suitable advice that meets customer
expectations
- Helping and guiding others in understanding how to achieve goals
Skills
·Previous experience training and developing new staff
·Previous targeted sales experience in a target driven role
·Experience motivating staff and managing a team whilst setting challenging targets
·Prior experience within the financial services industry is favoured.
