Job Description
Leading UK Bank is looking for a Service and Control Manager to Assist the Branch Manager within Leeds.
Job Purpose:
To be accountable for managing branch operations within quality & control procedures, leading the branch service team to deliver effective sales opportunities and providing customers with the best service experience in your town.
- Ensure the branch environment and team operate within defined policies and procedures in line with regulatory and financial security requirements and all areas of risk detailed in the Branch Risk Control Binder.
- Lead by example by knowing your customers really well
- Identify, action & resolve all customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Agree referral targets for your team with your BM and always know how you are performing against these o Ensure that new procedures are implemented effectively in the branch and all staff are aware and trained in these procedures
o Ensure the professional appearance of your branch at all times
o Ensure all branch merchandising is displayed correctly (e.g. posters, charts, leaflets, re-branded items etc) and is up to date at all times
o Plan, monitor and review the customer service provided in branch to ensure all service standards are met
o Lead and motivate a team that continually aims to deliver high performance and takes pride in helping customers make and save money every day
Ideal candidate will have industry experience with a proven track record in sales and/or people management, will be flexible to cover other branches within region and have the drive and passion for sales and success.
Package includes excellent basic salary, uncapped bonus structure and benefits
