Job Description

- Your role will be to handle incoming calls from members of roadside assistance schemes who have broken down
- You will also be dealing with out of hour's claims notifications
- Using your communication skills and a computer you will find out where our customers are, what's happened to them and help to get them moving again as quickly as possible by sending out a mechanic that has been allocated through the system
- Motoring Assistance is No.1 in the market for speed of response, attending over 1.1 million breakdown incidents each year
- Green Flag Motoring Assistance is No.1 in the market for speed of response, overall satisfaction and value for money
