Job Description
Our client is a specialist business within one of the UK's largest and most successful financial services groups. Their Client Managers write more business than any other comparative organisation; a tribute to the quality of their proposition but fundamentally supported by the quality of our people. They are currently seeking a client manager to cover the Birmingham region.
The Client Manager is a regulated financial advisor role, able to provide advice on protection, pensions, savings, investments, inheritance tax planning, pension transfers and drawdown. You are likely to deal with High Net Worth clients with high levels of assets or high levels of disposable income. As a result of providing more complex financial advice, you will be supported to complete the Diploma in Financial Planning.
Key Duties Include :-
- Delivery of quality sales and achieve productivity targets
- Sells across the range providing top quality holistic planning advice
- Manages resources to maximise the potential of own client bank
- Builds productive relationships with introducers to ensure lead flow
- Self generating leads from own resources
- Provides best advice within framework laid down by company and regulators
- Ensures all client documentation is completed promptly and accurately
- Maintains knowledge of process and procedural requirements
- Ensures high standards of service to clients and all sales activities are geared to long-term client relationships
- Pro-actively ensures own skills and knowledge levels are maintained achieving CPD and maintaining records
- Openly shares skills and knowledge with the team to improve sales performance
