Job Description
To generate profit by maximising Mortgage drawdowns and related Mortgage product cross-sales across Retail, Premium and Business channels; achieving and exceeding individual sales performance and referrals targets through excellent customer service whilst adhering to internal and external; regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, PMA Sales, this role will be a dedicated Mortgage seller based within one of our top Mortgage performing locations and with responsibility for surrounding units, as agreed with the ASM/RSM, PMA Sales. The role will be regulated to provide a full Advice & Recommendation service through the ongoing assessment of competence and the achievement of the full Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice.
