Regional Manager Banking
Job Purpose:
A leading Banking organisation is looking for an accomplished Divisional Manager to run the operational side of their banking arm. You will be responsible for improving the sales and management performance of the region and as such will work closely with the Business Head and Regional Manager.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and monitor and evaluate daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly business acquisition, growth and retention·
Ensures development and career plans are in place and live' for all branch managers, enabling them to realise their full potential·
Encourages and recognises good performance and behaviours and motivates the management team·
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required ·
·Excellent awareness and understanding of the Financial Services market place (Financial Planning desired) with the ability to manage MI and raw data.
·Significant experience in retail banking or financial sales roles
·In-depth knowledge of Company product ranges and distribution channels
·In depth knowledge of processes and implementation
·Proven management and leadership capability
·Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
·Proven skills in achieving results through people.
·Proven business writing and verbal communication skills.
·Proven diagnostic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
