Strange as it may seem, you don't need financial services experience to be a Barclays Personal Banker. Getting to grips with customers' individual needs is a skill you could just as easily have gained in something like retail, hospitality or travel. It's true, ours is a complex sales environment, both in terms of the products and the regulations that govern them, so you do have to have a good head for figures. But we'll support you every step of the way with the right mix of formal and on-the-job training.
