Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen within a leading building society for a Customer Service Advisor within their Branch!!
Typical duties on a daily basis:
· Deal with customers face to face and over the phone
· Carry out banking transactions
· Advise customers of the best products to suit their needs
· Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times
· Promote products to customers in order to meet targets
The role is a customer service position but also involves sales and targets and successful candidates will be target driven and enjoy sales.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, be willing to learn and take on a new challenge.

- Experience of working within a sales environment
- GCSE Maths and English at C or above
