Want to work for a leading UK bank in a customer service and sales role?
These days the likelihood is you will be using online service to manage your own accounts. Whether it be your bank account, credit card or savings account you want access to your accounts at a click of a button. Within the online team for this bank, you'll be helping customers with their online access and dealing with subsequent queries varying from helping set-up online access for the first time to educating customers on how to make the most out of the online facility.
You will be targeted to promote other products and services along the way to ensure high quality lead generation, whilst continuously providing the highest level of service.

You don’t necessarily need experience, but you will need a genuine interest in supporting and directing customers over the telephone and providing a high level of customer service. Being interested in problem resolving as well as being a great communicator are vital, so as you're friendly and have a genuine desire to go that extra mile for customers, it will be second nature for you to do this.
Excellent basic salary starting at £12500 - £14365 dependant on experience. Long term salary expectation up to £21800 plus attractive bonus package
