Job Description
Our client is a leading global bank and currently looking for an established Regional Manager to lead and oversee their Branch network in London. Ressponsible for a London region you will lead, manage and coach Branch Managers to achieve and exceed Area objectives, whilst proactively taking steps to grow the business and achieve set goals.
By providing leadership, direction, motivation, coaching, and support to team members you will maximise business
performance and ensure that relationships with our customers are strengthened.
You will be accountable for meeting targets in the following areas:
·Income
·Risk
·People
·Service
·Implementing change effectively.
·Adherence to regulatory requirements, e.g. Mortgage Conduct of Business, Insurance Conduct of Business.
Support, coach and guide teams in local Community Investment and public relations activity whilst ensuring the brand is maintained.
Enhance the level of service provided by your team, and the image / brand, by ensuring each branch looks first-rate and the current brochures and campaign material is displayed.
Your Team
·Lead and show your Branch Managers how to achieve goals by delivering income, cross sales, service, risk and people targets. Demonstrate the right way to do things, observe them in action and give them feedback/coaching, checking that improvement is made.
·Communicate key messages to your team ensure they understand what the strategy means for them.
·The ideal candidate will be from a banking background and have managed an area. They will also be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in sales and sales management
