Job Description
This top tier investment bank is looking to recruit an experienced fund derivatives structurer, who has a good knowledge of the legal and regulatory aspects of structuring fund derivatives products.
Responsibilities include:
Structuring fund derivative products linked to mutual funds and hedge funds and CPPI’s, taking into account the regulatory, legal, tax and documentary constraints of these products
Working with the sales staff in order to best asses how to structure the products to produce client-driven solutions
Structuring fund derivatives products, including fund of fund, hedge funds and structured notes.
Skills Required
Excellent level of legal fund derivatives structuring experience
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory aspects of structuring fund derivative products
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Fluency in additional languages is a bonus but not essential
Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
