Job Description
A leading prop trading group is looking for a gas strategist to sit on their trading desk to provide trade recommendations and trading strategies to traders.
You will receive a % of the P&L based upon the success of your trades therefore you should have an exceptional background in forecasting within the natural gas
markets, ideally within Global markets.
Your responsibilities will range from quantitative analysis/projections of fundamental trends for natural gas to producing strategic trade recommendations, reacting within the pace of the trade floor. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills however the hiring manager is keen to assess the skills of a macro Gas strategist therefore if you have experience in gas forecasting with and exceptional publishing record you will be considered if you can demonstrate that you are ready to work in a trade floor environment.
