Job Description
A London based asset management firm is looking to add an analyst to their research team in London. You should have a strong academic background with a MSC/PHD in economics/ finance with a great in economics/econometrics. The team covers global emerging markets with a focus on FX.
Your resposponsiblity will include- Making economic forecast based on macro-driven event, develop trading ideas and recommendations covering EM.
You will also be in charge of the publishing weekly report and have full responsibility for the client contact.
Ideally you should have experience as an economist with extended knowledge of the fixed income products and the global emerging markets. This is a great opportunity to move in to a more client-facing role with more responsibility towards key clients and the ability to make strategic decisions. You will report directly to the global head of strategy.
