Job Description
This top emerging markets department is looking to recruit a VP emerging markets structurer to cover Africa within this transaction management role.
Responsibilities include:
Transaction management execution, covering sovereigns, corporates and bonds, covering emerging markets within Africa
Advising clients on raising bonds
Structuring all products covered by the team, primarily within fixed income
Monitoring construction, tax and equity warrants
Structuring transactions relating to peak interest, private equity, senior and junior debt
Drafting term sheets, pricing models, checking the perspectives and liaising with lawyers
Structuring the product in its entirety from beginning to end
Skills required:
An excellent level of written and spoken English
Fluency in French would be ideal
Experience of the pricing and structuring of emerging markets products
Good client facing skills
Experience of transaction management and pervious corporate and bond exposure
