Job Description
My client is a tier one US based investment bank looking to add heavily to their Russia/CIS focused fixed income derivatives structuring team. The group currently covers various markets within the EMEA region and urgently require an associate/VP-level structurer to join the team to continue to build out the Russia/CIS platform. The successful candidate will be require to:
Provide Russia based clients with advise on Advise clients on capital-structure optimization, securitization strategies, strategic derivatives and hedging strategies
Execute a range of fixed income transactions (including structured notes, contingent capital, CAT bonds etc)
Be involved in all aspects of deal origination and execution, including marketing, structuring and modeling.
The successful candidate will:
Be a native/fluent Russian speaker
Have at least senior analyst/junior associate level structuring experience within any fixed income asset class; rates, FX or credit
Be technically excellent with a good understanding of derivatives
Have excellent client facing and sales skills
